Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Wichita East

Room was nice. Staff was okay very lack luster. Pool was poorly balanced. Didnt bring my test kit on vacation but all the kids ended up getting really bad rashes from being dry

Fairfield Inns are our first choice when traveling. Reliably fresh, friendly and convenient. This location was a little of a disappointment. Two night stay but we had zero housekeeping service. Usually we get at least a change of towels and usually bed service and fresh towels - but not this time in Wichita. Hope this was only a one time over site.

Awesome stay at this place. Thank you so much for the oat meal in the mornings, daily. And, the free drop to the airport.

I actually didn't stay here. We broke down and an officer pushed us into the parking lot, when I went in to ask to charge my battery booster, the staff was super helpful, showed me where to plug it in in the entrance, no guests were put out by it being In the corner and I was able to leave it there to charge, they told me to warm up and I went back to work on the truck till the boster was charged. I didn't expect the kindness added to my request, but people will surprise you. Thank you to those that helped even though they didn't have to. Much appreciated

This is a very nice property! A bit more training for the front desk folks might be helpful. When we checked in the front desk team member was not the least bit welcoming and when we checked out I overheard the front desk attendant being rude to another guest. The rooms were clean enough with just a bit of crud in the corners of the shower, but not too bad. The beds were very comfortable. The TV worked great. Other than doors slamming up and down the corridors (stopped by about 11pm) it was very quiet. The room darkening window treatments did a very nice job of blocking out ambient light. This property is conveniently located just off I-35 in an upscale community that gives a feeling of security. Overall, I would recommend it when in Witchita.

We arrived roughly 30 minutes after the check in time and was told to come back in 30 minutes to see if our room was ready. They said they were short handed on cleaning staff so they were running behind. All that was offered for the trouble and extra wait to get checked in was 2 bottles of water. Our room view sucked, we were stuck behind the main entrance awning. Its also probably time to start replacing accessories in the bathroom, the soap holder in our shower was covered in rust. As far as location, the motel is easy to find and get to, but you may have to go out of your way to reach your destination when leaving. You can only leave heading west or south, not the fault of the motel, but still an inconvenience when your destination is to the north. Aside from those few things, the room was nice and the staff friendly.

Was staying here for work and enjoyed this stay during my time in the Wichita area. Close to Costco and food options. Right off the highway to get wherever you’re going. Laundry onsite but limited. All in all a clean place with breakfast and good staff. Cheers !
